Acrotrend helped UBM in establishing a Customer Insights Centre of Excellence to support and deliver customer analytics across various portfolios and brands in a standardised and optimised way.
Acrotrend had delivered Phase 1 of the ‘Customer Insight Programme’ with resounding success and UBM aimed to generate continual value for their customers who consume content via their website, events, apps and other interfaces. We were successful in establishing a ‘Centre of Excellence’ to support and deliver customer analytics across various portfolios and brands in a standardised and optimised way.
