Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to help us drive our consulting propositions on Customer Insights and Analytics. The role will be pivotal part of Acrotrend’s Consulting practice and will be primarily responsible to design, deliver & support the consulting assignments. The role will expand into defining future propositions around areas of Customer Analytics using advance techniques like AI and ML. The role will see the “big picture” and create business cases, solution approaches and programme roadmap to guide our clients to derive more value out of their customer data.

Responsibilities:

• Helping to design and execute Acrotrend consulting propositions along with building methodologies, driving scale and repeatability with client organizations
• Provide strategic support on Acrotrend’s offerings related to customer analytics to the consulting team
• Work with the sales & accounts team to position offerings at existing and new client to take them on customer analytics journey with our offerings
• Interfacing with the client organization for assessing their current state around customer processes, data and insights
• Design customized presentations, demonstrations and prototypes of Acrotrend propositions to articulate use cases and value to the customer
• Participate in selling the value of Acrotrend’s offerings with presentations, live online and in-person demonstrations
• Articulate and explore functional and customer analytics concepts to a variety of audiences including business leaders, technical architects, and IT professionals
• Drive and contribute to RFPs and custom offering proposals as necessary, leverage and build upon existing knowledge base
• Actively contribute to the wider Acrotrend community and capability development on relevant areas
• Design & apply Acrotrend consulting frameworks and methodologies to support the propositions and execution

Mandatory skills:

• Strong expertise on customer insights & analytics with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise on and understanding of business areas of customer analytics, including Digital
• Experience of working with consulting and pre-sales teams
• Experience on working with & defining consulting frameworks and methodologies for organisations
• Experience of stakeholder management at all levels; both internally and externally
• Understanding of technologies pertaining to customer analytics including areas on data integration, data management, big data, & visualizations
• Understanding of at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure)
• A good appreciation of cost drivers in enterprise and functional/departmental solutions and the commercial consequences of the business & technical decisions
• Flexibility to explore, learn and work on new & emerging concepts in customer analytics landscape
• Good understanding on machine learning & AI concepts and related solutions
